Non-disclosure agreements
Confidentiality is simply part of the service.
Many of the couples Imogen works with require a non-disclosure agreement, particularly those who live public lives or are public figures.
That is never a problem, and it is never treated as an extra. Imogen arranges the agreements herself so that privacy is settled before planning begins, and so that nothing about your wedding travels further than it should.
